Origination Charges:

For all types of engraving, the origination charge is from £15.00 + V.A.T (if required)

We Charge for any Computer work required to make a logo suitable for engraving.

We will only charge if work is required.

If you are able to supply your artwork in a format "ready" for engraving, we will not charge for origination.

Try and get assistance with this, it will help reduce your costs.

Origination charges (if required) are a "one-off" - once the work is done and the artwork is usable.

All repeat jobs will not include an origination charge.

Proofing:

Proofing is a very important part of the process to ensure that you will be satisfied with the engraving.

We will proof a sample only of Artwork.

Logo Artwork:

Logo artwork should be supplied in black and white (not grey).

An EPS - EPS vector file is the preferred format - it provides
the best quality artwork and is the least restrictive.

A high quality, PC Formatted JPG, CorelDRAW vers 8-11 & CorelDRAW X3 and most Adobe Illustrator formats are also acceptable.

Please do not send Microsoft Word files, Powerpoint or
embedded Bitmaps as an EPS file.

We have PC's so please don't send Macintosh files as we cannot open them.
All Macintosh Computers should have an option for saving a
file as a PC Version.

We use CorelDRAW version x3 but
can open most versions from ver 8.

We can work from paper / fax artwork and poor quality
JPEGS, - however an origination charge will be made for
work on the logo, to make it into an acceptable and
useable medium.
We will always quote before going ahead.
