All goods are sent in padded envelopes or protected packaging. (Please see returns section for loss or damage). UK deliveries are packed and processed as soon as possible and sent 1st Class recorded mail. In all cases mail delivery times cannot be guaranteed. You can email us for a more accurate estimate of arrival times for your region / country. You may email or fax instructions to specify using other mail services.

RETURNS POLICY:
In the event of goods arriving damaged we will replace items on receipt of the damaged goods and not before. In the event of goods being faulty, we will replace goods or refund items on receipt of the faulty items. You must notify Alpha Trophies in writing (ie. letter, fax or email) of all damage or faults to goods no later than 5 days after their arrival.
In all cases goods must be returned to Alpha Trophies to claim against UK postal services.
